The word “Contemporary” reflects our focus on what’s happening now — using up‑to‑date, evidence‑based practices and responding to the needs people are experiencing in the present. Our work is grounded in staying current with best‑practice strategies and tailoring support to what matters most to you today, while also keeping an eye on future goals.
Our aim is to help people to thrive, and there’s no better time to start that than the present!
We offer capacity‑building services including occupational therapy and speech therapy. We also offer tailored consultancy services for NDIS providers.
We are a South Australian owned and operating company. We offer services across regional South Australia including the Yorke Peninsula’s Copper Coast and the Southern Yorke Peninsula, Adelaide Plains Clare Valley, Gawler region, and everywhere in between. We also provide services to metropolitan clients in the Outer Northern Adelaide area, including Munno Para, Angle Vale and Riverlea Park.
You can complete our online Expression of Interest form, or get in touch via email, SMS, or phone — whatever works best for you. Link to Form
We take expressions of interest from people living in remote South Australian regions and we work hard to group appointments in similar areas to keep travel costs reasonable. We can also provide telehealth sessions between face‑to‑face visits to maintain consistency and monitor progress.
The best location will depend on your goals and what you’d like to achieve. We offer flexible service delivery, meaning you can choose where you feel most comfortable including at home, in the community, at school/daycare or online.
Absolutely. If there are several people in your community needing the same type of therapy, we can work with you to explore a service model that supports your local area. Please get in touch to discuss options, or share the details through our Expression of Interest form.

This service is designed for individuals, early-stage providers, and professionals who are planning to enter the NDIS space or begin delivering NDIS-funded services. It is ideal for those who need foundational guidance before formally setting up or operating within the system.
We provide practical, entry-level guidance to help you understand the NDIS framework. This includes an overview of service types, funding structures, basic compliance expectations, ethical practice, navigating NDIS systems, and understanding what is required to begin working within the sector.
The focus of this service is on foundational education and guidance rather than full business setup or operational implementation. We help you understand the requirements and scope so you can make informed decisions about your next steps.
Yes, we provide introductory guidance on quality report writing and documentation standards within the NDIS context. This is aimed at helping you understand expectations and develop confidence in producing appropriate reports.
You will gain clarity on how the NDIS operates, what is expected of providers, and how to begin navigating the system with confidence. The goal is to build a strong foundational understanding so you can approach the NDIS space ethically and with greater certainty.
Consultancy and supervision fees are reviewed yearly. The 2026 price is $250 + GST per hour, in addition to any travel related expenses. Consultations can be held online or face to face. Face to face appointments can be held at venues in Prospect (Payinthi – 128 Prospect Rd) and Munno Para (Stretton Centre – 307 Peachey Rd) without incurring travel expenses.
All Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) members are required to receive a minimum of 10 hours of professional supervision each year. AASW recommends monthly, 60 minute sessions per year across a ten-month period for experienced social workers. They recommend fortnightly supervisions for newly qualified workers or social workers entering a new field. All focussed social work supervisions with Rachel count towards the required hours.
The AASW provides guidelines for documenting social work supervision meetings. These include having a Supervision Agreement, Supervision Records and an Annual Record of Supervision. The AASW website provides templates for each of these documents. The supervisee is responsible for all documentation. Rachel will ensure that you understand your requirements, support you with documentation within sessions, and sign agreements and records where appropriate.
